“When you leap, the net appears.”

I couldn’t tell you where I was, what I was doing or even what stiletto I was sporting when I read this. But I can tell you, that when I read it every thing in me leaped! And that’s when I got to thinking and penned this…

How many times have we said no because we couldn’t see the road from where we sat? 10? 100? 1,000? Sometimes the only way you can see the road is if you get to walking. If you can see it, you can do it. Anything worth having, is worth leaping for. [Tweet]

Whoa. It was like one of those moments when the axis in your soul tilts a little, shifting the tectonic plates of your life. Like one of those moments where the ground sways, bringing you face-to-face with a simple truth: I have not, because I leap not.

In the bible, Peter is well known for denying Christ three times. But too many of us fail to realize, he’s also the only person to walk on water! Denier and water-walker rolled into one.  And that got me thinking again.

Just because you deny, put off or shelf your dream or goal, doesn’t mean the story ends there…unless of course, you want it to. Whatever the dream is, whatever your “thing” is, get out of the boat and get to walking! Wonderful things happen when we leap for them.
