It involves falling down and getting up. Losing some and gaining more. It’s harmony and agony served with a side of honesty and courage.

Life has a way of contracting around us forcing us through tunnels that sharpen our ability to see light in the midst of darkness. No matter how dark it gets or how hopeless you feel, always look for the light. Always search for help. And don’t ever stop believing that you will make it through the dark times.
